1. Order Processing
All orders take 3–5 business days for processing before shipment, including order verification, quality checks, customization and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times (USA Only)
We offer two reliable shipping options for US domestic orders. All delivery times are estimated business days (excluding weekends and holidays):

USPS Standard: 7–15 business days. Slight delays may apply to remote and rural areas.

FedEx / UPS Expedited: 5–7 business days for most US addresses.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email. You can check your delivery status online in real time.
4. Delivery Disclaimer
All shipping times are estimates. Minor delays may occur due to peak logistics seasons, bad weather, carrier adjustments or remote location restrictions. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers after items leave our warehouse.
5. Shipping Limitations
We only ship to valid US domestic addresses. We do not deliver to PO boxes, military addresses and overseas territories. Customers shall provide accurate shipping information; incorrect addresses may cause delivery failure with non-refundable shipping fees.
